I‘ve been making this pasta salad meal for years, ever since a close friend brought it to me! It works well when grilling.

Easy Pasta Salad made with pasta, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, spicy salami, pepperoncini, olives, and a simple Italian vinaigrette.

Dangerously good.

Ingredients for Quick N Easy Pasta Salad Recipe:

  • One pound of spiral pasta with colours
  • One 16-oz bottle of salad dressing in the Italian style
  • Six tablespoons of mixed salad


  • two cups chopped cherry tomatoes
  • One sliced green bell pepper
  • One sliced red bell pepper
  • ½ chopped yellow bell pepper
  • One 2.25-oz can of chopped black olives

Instructions For Quick N Easy Pasta Salad Recipe:

  1. Compile all components.
  2. Bring heavily salted water to a boil in a big saucepan.
  3. Pasta should be cooked in boiling water for ten to twelve minutes, stirring frequently, until firm to the bite but still tender; drain and rinse with cool water.
  4. Whisk together the salad spice mix and the Italian dressing until smooth.
  5. In a salad dish, combine the spaghetti, tomatoes, bell peppers, and olives.
  6. Place the cooked pasta and all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  7. Toss salad with dressing to coat.

    Allow the salad to chill for eight hours or overnight.

For storage: After creating this pasta salad, whether ahead of time or as leftovers, I simply place it in the refrigerator and it will keep for 2-3 days.
Cooking ahead: I enjoy cooking pasta salad 12-24 hours ahead of time. This allows it time to absorb the dressing without becoming mushy!
