Ingredients For ROASTED VEGETABLES RECIPE:

Half a medium peeled red onion cut into 1-inch chunks

Half a tsp. of Italian seasoning.

2 to three cloves of minced garlic.

Two peeled carrots sliced into 1/4-inch-thick slices.

2 tbsp. of olive oil.

One broccoli crown, cut into small florets.

Two cored bell peppers, chopped into 1-inch pieces.

One cup of grape tomatoes (optional).

One small zucchini, sliced.

Salt, ground black pepper.

One tbsp. of fresh lemon juice.

Directions For Half a medium peeled red onion cut into 1-inch chunks:

First Step

First, prepare and preheat the oven to 200°C or 400°F. Next, place the red peppers, broccoli, zucchini, carrots and red peeled onions on a 13-inch rimmed baking sheet.

Step Two

After that, pour olive oil over the mixed veggies and add garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Step Three

Mix everything until thoroughly combined. After putting the mixed vegetables in the oven, preheat it and cook for around fifteen minutes.

Step Four

After removing it from the oven, add the tomatoes and stir until thoroughly mixed. Put it back in the oven and continue roasting it for ten more minutes.

Step Number Five

When you finally take it out of the oven, drizzle the mixed vegetables with lemon juice.

Tips For ROASTED VEGETABLES RECIPE:

Use high heat: The best temperature for roasting vegetables is 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Use Enough Olive Oil.
